In order to disseminate and promote discussion of current issues related to Ecology and Evolution, the Graduate Program of Ecology at UFV (PPG-ECO), together with the Department of General Biology (DBG) and Dean of Research and Post Graduate of Federal University of Viçosa (UFV) is promoting the II Eco-Evol: II International Symposium of Ecology and Evolution.
The event will take place between 16th and 19th of November 2014 in the Fernando Sabino Auditorium , next to the main building of the UFV.
This edition will be international, with many foreign lecturers. To make the communication among Brazilian and foreign people easier, equipment and service of simultaneous translation will be available during all talks.
This event was designed to meet the academic and scientific community in general and specifically to undergraduate and graduate students of the Federal University of Viçosa and other institutions of education and research in Brazil and abroad.

Organizing committee
Com o objetivo de divulgar e promover discussões a respeito de temas atuais ligados à Ecologia e à Evolução, o Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ecologia da UFV (PPG-Eco), em parceria com o Departamento de Biologia Geral (DBG) e a Pró-Reitoria de Pós-Graduação (PPG) da Universidade Federal de Viçosa (UFV), está promovendo o II EcoEvol: II International Symposium of Ecology and Evolution.
As inscrições já estão abertas e o evento ocorrerá entre os dias 16 e 19 de novembro, no Auditório Fernando Sabino, ao lado do prédio principal da UFV.
Essa edição do evento será internacional, com diversos palestrantes estrangeiros. Para facilitar a comunicação entre entre estrangeiros e brasileiros, ofereceremos o serviço e os equipamentos de tradução simultânea durante todas as palestras.
O evento se destina à comunidade acadêmico-cientÃfica em geral, especificamente estudantes de graduação e pós da UFV e demais instituições de ensino superior que atenderem a nosso convite.
